Founder and CEO  - Oleksandr Trubakov is a business professional with more than 25 years of senior banking experience, including executive leadership positions, as well as over 6 years of experience in establishing, managing, and developing manufacturing and industrial businesses. He has extensive expertise in corporate governance, financial management, entrepreneurship, and international business operations. 

Regulatory Position - Norevia Consulting Ltd does not provide regulated financial services and specifically does not:

1.  Hold, receive, transfer, safeguard, or manage client funds

2.  Provide payment services or operate client accounts

3.  Offer investment advice or investment management services

4.  Conduct financial promotions or regulated financial marketing

5.  Arrange, negotiate, structure, or execute financial transactions

6. Act as a broker, intermediary, agent, or facilitator in relation to investments or regulated financial products.

7.  Provide tax advisory services, tax optimization, tax structuring, or tax management services for clients.

Any interaction with banks, financial institutions, lawyers, accountants, or other professional advisers is limited solely to administrative coordination and general business communication on behalf of clients, without involvement in regulated activities.

Fee Structure

The company operates solely on a fixed-fee consulting model for advisory and consulting services. Norevia Consulting Ltd does not receive success fees, transaction-based compensation, commissions linked to investments, or remuneration connected to regulated financial activities.
